Application Process:

1. Prep: Start with clean, dry nails. Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface.
2. Base Coat: Apply a thin layer of OPI Base Coat to each nail.
3. Dip: While the base coat is still wet, dip the nail into the Cyber Dust dip powder at a 45-degree angle. Tap off the excess powder.
4. Repeat: For full opacity, apply another layer of base coat and dip the nail again. Tap off any excess powder.
5. Activator: Apply OPI Activator to set the powder and harden the color.
6. Buff & Shape: Buff the nails lightly to smooth out any rough areas and shape them as desired.
7. Top Coat: Finish with OPI Top Coat for a glossy, protective finish.
